This site, ahmetcanyesildag.com, is operated by Greenmountains Trade Ltd., Oakville, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, the type of inquiry and your message. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address and any answers you choose to give.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, analytics and security tools collect technical information such as pages viewed, the referring site, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and cookie or similar identifiers. Google Analytics may also detect contact details typed into forms on this site and send them to Google in hashed (scrambled) form, to measure enquiries.
To reply to your inquiry and arrange the calls or engagements you ask for; to understand how the site is used and improve it; and to protect the site against spam and abuse. We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and the practice: Webflow (website hosting and the contact form), Google Analytics, HubSpot and Ahrefs Web Analytics (site analytics; HubSpot also keeps contact records), Calendly (call booking), Cookiebot (cookie consent), Cloudflare (security and spam protection), YouTube (embedded videos) and Substack (the newsletter The Standard, handled on standard.ahmetcanyesildag.com under Substack's terms). Some of these providers store data outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and security. By continuing to use the site you consent to this use. We keep inquiries that do not lead to an engagement for up to 24 months. Information connected with an engagement is kept for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Email ahmetcanyesildag@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and we limit access to those who need it.
