Three decades of living the standard

With over 30 years of international hospitality leadership across Turkey, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, and Canada, I have built my career at the intersection of operational excellence, people development, and strategic growth.

As Senior Managing Director of Greenmountains Project Management & L&D Institute, I partner with hospitality organisations to solve execution gaps, align teams, and build cultures of service that drive measurable results.

My career spans senior leadership at Hilton, Radisson Hotel Group, Marriott, and Titanic Hotels — alongside faculty positions at Fanshawe College, Lambton College, and Vatel Business School, where I teach the next generation of hospitality leaders.

I am also the author of the Missing Pieces of Life Puzzle series and the founder of Orophile Wellness Journeys, applying decades of luxury hospitality expertise to transformative mountain wellness travel experiences in the Dolomites and beyond.
