About

Three decades of living the standard

With over 30 years of international hospitality leadership across Turkey, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, and Canada, I have built my career at the intersection of operational excellence, people development, and strategic growth.

As founder and principal of Greenmountains Trade Ltd. — the federal Canadian corporation parent — I deliver executive advisory through Greenmountains · Executive Consultancy, partnering with hospitality organisations to solve execution gaps, align leadership teams, and build cultures of service that drive measurable results.

My career spans senior leadership at Hilton, Radisson Hotel Group, Marriott, Titanic Hotels, and Swissôtel — alongside past faculty appointments at Lambton College, Fanshawe College, and Vatel Business School, where I helped shape the next generation of hospitality leaders. Today, through Greenmountains · Executive Consultancy, I lead the North American business development advisory engagement for Heyhotel AI — applying three decades of operational ground-truth to the AI-driven future of hospitality.

I am also the author of the Missing Pieces of Life Puzzle series and the principal of Orophile, a longevity-focused advisory practice using landscape as method. The Dolomites wellness travel programme is the embodied expression of the method, not its commercial centre.

Appointed by Mark Willis, Area Vice President — Middle East & Turkey, on 18 September 2016 to lead the pre-opening of a 305-room Park Inn by Radisson property in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
